I have just bought my fitbit Inspire and has been wearing it for around 2 weeks. I have made changes to my habits and lifestyle to make sure I get better sleep and do around 10,000 steps a day. It has been positive so far, but I can see how you can 'over-track'. Although my experience so far has been really great because by knowing that it's possible for me to live heathily (and 10,000 steps is easy for me!) i am even more motivated and healthier than before. 2 weeks and my lockdown belly is gone!!!
