James, thanks for your comment! Love your chain of thoughts. Do we really know people’s gender though? Have we achieved natural state in the real world where our introduction of ourselves include name and pronoun naturally? What if we call someone a she but then they aren’t happy? Say a “woman" dresses up as a man and make all the effort to display masculinity?

Cancelling pronoun or replacing it with whatever is to minimise people’s obssession with gender. By placing no emphasis on gender, we let people be free. Thats my opinion!
