Yeah I am not Asian American, I am British Asian and I can still relate to Mindy. I don't think I'm very progressive or hard-working per se, I don't think it's possible to say Asians aren't like that and Asians are like that.... By disagreeing with Mindy, whilst also disagree with the nerdy and minted image of Asian students overseas, the writer seemed to have trapped herself in another stereotype.

No disrespect to the writer though, that's just her opinion...but yeah, I like to make thirsty dirty jokes, why not?
